Those of us who run our own businesses, whether solopreneurs or entrepreneurs with employees, know that the steep leg of the learning curve is where we spend a lot of time.

Whether it’s learning how to navigate the newest social media site, learning new technology in our industry or just learning how to work a new smart phone, we’re always having to learn something in order to stay at the top of our game. As I write this post, I’m learning how to use a new plugin my web guy installed!

Good business owners know that learning isn’t optional, it’s mandatory. We all make space in our schedules to learn, whether it’s to attend a workshop, dial into a teleseminar or log on to a webinar. Learning at our own desks is a truly wonderful thing, but one of my favorite ways to learn is to listen to teleseminar audio while on long trips. Any time there’s a free seminar with the option to purchase the recordings, I always do that – it’s such a convenient way to learn.
